These note cards fold to 5.5″ x 4.25″ and are blank inside so you can write the perfect message. However, you can print in-house for a small fee. Please contact us to discuss pricing.
As our items are personal, we do not accept returns. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. However, if the error is ours, we will correct the order free of charge.
If needed, we will email you a low-resolution proof so you can double-check the spelling of your name.

All of our products are carefully packaged to prevent shipping damage. Some are packaged in cello bags and then placed in bubble wrap envelopes, while others are placed in boxes before packaging. It really depends on your order. You often have the option to upgrade to a gift box! Sometimes the gift box is even free!

If a product is damaged in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with UPS or USPS. If you need help with this, please contact us. If UPS or USPS determines that your order was improperly packaged, we will be held responsible.

However, the turnaround time for most items is 3 to 10 business days. Once shipped, most will arrive within 2-3 days.
