Good Soul Food Dinner Ideas – For the holidays, I decided to be a little generous and give you all six recipes in one post. We will be making about eight recipes so far this week. I owe it to all of you to avoid posting consistently this year. Now we are even. Happy Holidays! Now let’s get into the food. Preparing a holiday meal can be a little crazy when you’re serving different foods. But that doesn’t have to be the case when dealing with pescatarians. A pescatarian holiday meal is soul food fish fries. I replace the turkey with grilled fish. Then cook up a meatless version of a traditional Southern side dish. I usually make vegetarian stuffing. But this year I got creative and made stuffed shrimp, which now has a permanent place on my holiday menu.

. My trick is to get a variety of cheeses for my macaroni and cheese without spending a lot of money, I use a cheese variety tray because I have enough of each cheese. Then I add 2 cups of sharp cheddar. This is the perfect dish to make with leftover cheese from your charcuterie board, as you can use any type of cheese you want.
