Today I will share a quick and easy family recipe that is cheesy and delicious. It’s perfect for weeknights when you’re looking for a “quick” meal to serve the family. It’s almost a one-dish meal except for the part of boiling the pasta in another pot. Moreover, it is all in one pan.
The kids love this recipe because there are no “vegetables” in it and I love how quick and easy it is. It’s full of cheese which is like my biggest weakness! I dare you to look at the cheese and do not want to dig in!

The trick to making instant pasta is to boil the water before you do anything else. This will cut cooking time significantly and allow the pasta to cook while you work on the rest of the recipe.
While the pasta is cooking, dress the chicken with garlic and onion, and pepper. One thing I love about cooking with chicken breasts is that they cook so quickly! 10 minutes max and you’re done!
After the chicken was cooked for about 5 minutes, I added the pasta sauce and left it on low heat for another 5 minutes. Then, I added some cheese on the cooked pasta and watched it melt!
